photoshop color menu stuck

Its fucking stuck. I tried right clicking and trying everything. My resolution is as high as it will go. I tried going back to default window skin. I reinstalled. Reset workplace.

try going to windows > color if NOT. uninstall, delete the photoshop folder under C:\Program Files\Adobe. this will ultimately reset all the settings
