Hey folks,

Bought the game today and patched it straight away to play some online games. Problem is, every server I connect to brings up the time out message. I can see myself in the player list through the All Seeing Eye.

Using DSL, tried changing from ethernet to 'dialup' modem, turned firewall off, used ASE, Gamespy and the ingame browser. Nothing works. Anyone have any ideas?

Check what it says in the console when i had the 1.0 and a server had 1.1 it said get the new patch in the console and at the loading window connection timed out.

How do you bring up that console in the game?

go to options - advanced - set console.

then press ~ to get the console up.
