So I just saw the grudge 2
I have to say, it had its scary points but it lags cause of the lenght - but maybe i'm a wimp regarding the 'scary' since i've been jittery about the first one since i first saw it.
lol I remember I had a nightmare, about it like a week ago when we received the preview tickets and the media package, well I really don't quite remember what happen in my nightmare, but it was lilke every time I turned to run away from the ghost/grudge she was there waiting for me. Well, I woke up - but did not want to open my eyes, cause I would have shit a brick if it end it up being that when I open my eyes she was going to be there. So I guess I fell asleep again. Well movie overall is good - but way to fucking long. |
stop watching shitty movies stupid:

The movie is 90 minutes. That's the average time for movies. How is that too long? Three hours would be much more painful.

jap horror movies are fucking dumb. i can only take ghost stories on crack for 20 mintues
|
All The Grudge had going for it were "jump" scares, which I find thoroughly annoying if there isn't a "whoa cool" factor that follows each scare.
I thought The Grudge sucked and I'm sure I'd think the same of the sequel. No thanks. /watches "F13th VII" |
The only part that scared me was the office building, on the stairs. My drom building has almost the exact same setup, so thats kinda scary alone at night.

I dont have respect for these movies that try to scare you by making things pop out at you. A true horror movie is supposed to be suspensful and the scary scenes should have some depth and true fear behind them.
|
I thought the first Grudge sucked fucking ass...
Silent Hill was decent though But nothing beats the way the game for PS made you afraid...god that game is the epitome of horror/physcological videogames. |
i did like Silent Hill, but yeah, the Grudge had no suspense, all they did was pop up scenes. ffs if that were me i would have just went home.
