Yea he divides the bottom by three (or rather crisscrosses three lines).

Id like to know - mathematically - why this works. There has to be a reason for it, one that I dont have hours to spend on as this fellow does.

Either way its impressive. I wonder if he can get a medal - "For making math easy for lazy fuckers who dont own a calculator or cant actually do multiplication".
