What HD-lcd tv?
Going to be grabbing one in a few months, though the specification im after ive only really seen one in its class, im sure theres other people here that are more into the tv side of things. I will need the following:
Must support full 1080P 40-50" 2xhdmi 1.3 (one will be used for my ps3) vga connector (must support 1080p) Component scart socket Im preferring LCD over plasma due to screen burn in issue that can be inherent to plasmas. Also the fact that a plama tv supposodly starts losing its brightness after the first 2000 hours of usage. I need a vga socket that supports 1080p for my 360. Theres quite a few 1080p screens out there now but the only one ive seen that supports 1080p via vga is the samsung LE46F71\LE40F71. http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/content/p ... financediv There any other screens that support the above? A lot come close but fail at the 1080p via vga. |

yeah gerv go with a samsung thats what i have and its the balls

Samsung tv's are amazing. At work i love the way they look. Also Pioneer (expensive as fuk,but amazing pic quality)and Sharpe (also very expensive) are all great choices. But i'd go with a Samsung, decent price for a great picture.
Sony LCDs are nice, but way overpriced because its a Sony. |
Hitachi make great HDTVs. I'd highly recommend them.
I've heard some horror stories about Samsung customer service and overall quality. Toshiba make quality units too. |
heres mine. dont mind the mess, i am really lazy and hate cleaning.
