New Toy for plinking

Picked up a used revolver in .22 for plinking. I've always wanted a .22 in a revolver and just happened upon this deal and couldn't pass on it. Only paid $50 for it and the action and timing seem tight. I'll be going over it really good, then taking it to the range with different ammo to see what it likes best. Next on deck is a 1911 .45 semi. Haven't decided between the Sig or Kimber.

Just thought i'd share.

Actually, the Sig is about $150 more than the Kimber. Kimber really needs to out preform the Sig in order for me to purchase it. I currently have 2 Sigs (P228 & P239) and those guns are flawless. The good thing is my buddy has the Kimber in .45. I'm going to have to put a few hundred rounds through it in order to get a feel for it. I do agree, the Kimber looks like a nice gun. Like i said, i have it narrowed down to the Sig 1911 RCS or the Kimber Tactical Pro. The only downfall is....i don't know anyone who owns a Sig 1911 that i could try.

Nice man. I don't have a .22 in my arsenal and have been looking for a nice bolt action .22lr or .17

Very nice, I have a small Henry Youth model lever action .22 and that is soooo much fun to shoot (it's really for the kids but don't tell them I take it to the range when they are in school LOL).

Come to think about it, I havent shot a .22 pistol in about 30 years. I may need to pick one up.

good luck with it.

Man, i spent about 2 hours polishing the gun and boy does it look like new. If this fucker shoots as good as it looks, i got the deal of the year right here.

Disclaimer: Pic was taken with a POS camera. I should send the gun to Anti for some good pics.
