Annoying as its easier to get a tv with 1080p via hdmi, the regular 360's support it through vga and component but if you want dvd's to upscale you have to run it through vga.

fuck a 120gig HD? When are we going to see bigger HDs for the 360 right now?!

personally, I like the White model better.

Once I am out of bootcamp I will probably buy one of those if I don't decide to finance a BMW.

Ms have to have realised for HD video and the vid dload service that 12 gigs isn't enough. Just annoying that they now release a console with a quieter drive, hdmi and more storage capacity, wouldn't mind seeing them offer a tradeup program for current premium owners but i doubt it. cry:

If you have it in an entertainment center though it sticks out like a sore thumb. Theres already black replacement cases available online, woulda got one but im not voiding my warranty.

oh well like I said I'm more than content with my current system. I'd only be interested in a larger HD but even then, I dont download tv/movies on it so, no real reason to upgrade if i could do one thing it would be to quiet it down. even then when I'm gaming I dont notice it too much

I would probably snag one if it was (a lot) quieter plus for the hmdi output. Sell my current premium then add x amount to get the newer revision.

My dvd drive pisses me off no end in some games, a few games its not noticable but others its whirring up like a hurricane. annoy:

Not gonna happen. I thought it would have been something they should do but one of the appeals of the 360 is not having to go with hd-dvd, its an option whereas sony have been criticised for forcing blu-ray on people.

Id prefer them to do it as well, more storage space for games etc but its not the route they want to go.

Have the advantage of shopping around online and have the pound as our currency. At present i can get almost $2 for every £1 so its handy enough. Whenever i want something i just cut back on shit id buy normally. If its a new pc part i'll get rid of the older parts, at the minute im using a shuttle pc, sold off one of my x1900's as well as the motherboard and the sound card.

Good example was finding an amd fx60 online for the uk equivilant of £185, when to buy it over here it costs about £400 still. eek: I sold off my motherboard, gfx card and ram to buy the shuttle and cpu, costs me nothing. Just started to hate having that big tower sitting there.
