man its scary sometimes how clueless people are about computers yet still use them. hence the reason for spyware and viruses and hackers.

one of our techs here got an email from a client and he just had to print it off and ad his own diagram to it.

Its annoying because the person isnt as invested in this shit as a COMPUTER TECH? Thats nonsense. By rights I should be annoyed everytime someone comes in here and asks benefit information thats far and away not even close to the truth.
