PSU Student Dies After Altercation

Police arrested a fellow student, Benjamin Grew, 19, of Yarmouth, MA for second degree assault. Authorities said that charge could be upgraded.

Officials said no weapon was used in the incident.

second degree assault? He killed the guy! why isn't he being charged with something more serious? like MURDER? or even manslaughter if there are other factors?

The charge was tacked on when the assault happened, a week before the guy died, it will likely get elevated to manslaughter, if not murder 2
