Annoying Contrast Issue

Not sure if you can see it, if you can't basically my desktop contrast is jacked up really bright so everything has an annoying white hue to it. The only time it goes away is when a full screen app is open like DoD, etc. Every time I reset everything is back to normal for a minute and then it comes back, even when I don't do anything it still comes back.

looks fine to me. what kind of monitor you have? or maybe a video card issue?

Never mind, something was switched on in the Catalyst Control Center, turned it off and everything went back to normal.
