I dont think i can get a more secure job than that. you know where i will be for the next 20-30 years

Toyota makes decent vehicles, although they have fallen behind GM now in reliability of the vehicles they make.

I used to work at International harvester which is now Navistar building trucks on the assembly line. It paid damn well and there was a lot of collage graduates working there. Some guys were sweeping the floors with 4 years of collage. Then there was always the, so you had to go to collage to learn how that broom worked. biggrin:

line work sucks...it isn't worth $100 an hour...as long as you don't got repetitive job there...it'll be wicked...but if you get the shit where you do the same shit over and over againf ro 8 hours that sucks. |

Are you sure they are not hiring you on contract ? That is what most of the automakers do now. 18 month contracts. then they scratch you, or hire you on.
