players spawing on opposite teams to shoot their opponent in the back is some cheating looser thing i think. There shold be a "Lock Team" option i think, just to put a stop on it.

I know what a cheater is ... in RTS games, yes, I know what it is. Same thing in Diablo II, or in flight sims (CFS1, CFS2...).

But in FPS games, I don't know. I'm new to FPS games.
*Is there many cheaters in FPS games (CS...) and is it possible in MOHAA ?
*How can we detect them on a server ?
*Can we use something (a kind of program) to detect them and to eject them from MP games ?

personally i have not encountered any real instances of cheating in any of the games i've played (since 1.1), and i've been playing everyday since the demo was released.

There is a glitch to get underground on one level though and this gives the advantage of surprise and sneaking up from below but it is not a huge advantage once you know there are people down there.

I haven't run into any cheaters that I've been able to tell yet. The only problem I seem to have is that the computer that I play on at work (yes, I play games at work, shhhh, don't tell anyone) really sucks. My FOV is really short and can't see as well. So I miss alot of kills. But when I play at home, I get accused of cheating because my FOV is so much better that I'm able to kill people with a MG or SMG from accross the map. But, either way the game is still fun.

The only cheating instance with 1.1 I've seen is people getting on allied or axis and killing their own teamates all the time. Sucks.

Just thought I'd say hi to a fellow maritimer.

When you see people in the server and they are really really good....don't believe it and instead of saying "nice shot" say "Cheater!!!" There is no such thing as a good player online they all cheat and don't you believe them when they say they are legit. When they say "wtf freak I am not cheating." you yell "LIAR!!" Works like a charm for any good players you run into online.
