Rudedog is right as always: Missing Glide = bad card drivers. Update the drivers, run Auto-configure on MOH:AA, then try. Your opengl32.dll is fauked

This is the problem and i have installed new open gl video cards but what do i do with them because i still have the same problem.

The last line from your post tells me, your problem is video card / video card drivers.
