Dynex 32" HDTV. . .Whoa

To preface, I know nothing about HDTV's and QAM and AT-TUNERS and whatever else you technophiles jackoff to. All I know is the 8 year old television I had was working just fine and played my collection of white-people porn just fine thank you - however using the XBOX360 on it (still modded, still not banned) was becoming a problem - unreadable text, squishy graphics. When I started playing Mass Effect - a text heavy game, all this became very apparent. What to do - I'm cheap as hell, and if something works I'll use it until sparks come out.

However I saw this tv on sale at Best Buy, and really 450 is what I no doubt would spend this month on some bullshit, so I went and picked one up - sight unseen. Holy bejeebus is it fucking night and day with this thing. COD4 especially looks incredible, and I'm thinking about pulling out some older games to finish.

If you are in the market for a new tv, and don't want to have your asshole bleed by the raping that would no doubt happen with a SONY or a SAMSUNG, give Best Buys "store brand" a try - and of course be sure to get the 60-dollar 4-yr repair warranty.

I picked up a 32in Vizio just before Christmas. It has a built in HD tuner which gives me a couple of free hd channels.

I only have local stations through Comcast (as I get most of my cable fix from Newsgroups) - I did the autosearch for channels and only get back regular SD shit. I'm not too worried about it, I really only got it to replace the TV I have and to watch HD downloaded movies off my Xbox. Im all a titter to download some HD-porn and really see those money shots blast them white bitches faces!

I just ran by Best Buy and they had a 37in Dynex for 585. The box was opened but it seemed like a pretty sweet deal.

It is, just make sure you get the extended warranty. Same TV my parents have - Patriots game in HD = Win

Yanno, if I took those special steroids that allowed me to subsist on nothing but recycled newspaper and the anal-juice of the Canadian homeless - then I too might be able to prioritize and get some silly overpriced TV. Sadly, my testicles and dick are nice and healthy, and I have a Dynex. Boohoo for me.

On a side note - I never really played GoW before - but holy beejebus this game looks nice.
