Consoles should get all the attention...they have waited long enough and it is obvious that it is the best choice now.

Yeah because no parent knows the names nintendo atari or playstation. Consoles have been mainstream for about 20 years now, they get advertised more than pc's and pc gaming. How do they "just now" deserve all the attention? I take it you dont watch tv, read magazines or in general walk about with your eyes open?

Nobody has to upgrade anything if they dont want to. Thats why pc games are SCALABLE, you can turn some stuff on or off and maintain good framerates. Aren't you the one with the stiffy for the outdated philosophy that "graphics dont matter"? It wont bother you then would it? Replacing a vid card or cpu by the way doesn't cost "THOUSANDS" either.

I think pc's are better for certain types of games. FPS, RTS, and the multitude of simulators out there.


How many people in the world think pc's are better for shooters? Just about anyone thats played a pc fps with a keyboard and mouse in the last 10 years. Excluding you obviously as your stance on ANYTHING changes to suit your attempts at argueing.

Id rather play COD 4 on xbox 360 than PC now.

On console it is easier to do it wrong...but when it is right...there is no reason to play PC FPS games over consoles...it's pretty much same shit almost.

well, the thing about consoles is that if they're done right, they're better for certain gaming. But if they're done by releasing a new console every 3-4 years (like Microsoft is doing with Xbox), and certain companies manipulating the online stores by removing content in the games and making you pay extra for content that should of been in the games originally (see EA Sports), then PCs>Consoles.

There are certain games id rather play on a console, that being said though i mainly whore out FPS games and playing them on consoles to me the experience is just dumbed down. COD 4 has a retarded amount of autoaim on the console versions..really who wants the game to be doing the killing for them?
