So i downloaded Firefox 3.0.1
and i removed it after two days. Why the hell is this thing better than 2.0.16? In my two day experience with it, not only did it crash everytime i tried to open a PDF file, but it no longer allowed me to listen to mp3's via Firefox (I now had to open/save them in order to listen). In addition to the multitude of add-ons that refused to work with the browser, I have no idea why this was released already.
Anyone else have any opinions (I know I downloaded it about two months after it came out, but I was really angry with how poorly it ran on my computer). |
works flawlessly for me, of course some add-ons won't be compatible until their authors update them
|
yeah mine was crashing heavy on the first day too but then i restarted my pc and everything worked ok. Hasn't crashed since
|
works fine for me no problems so far...

IE 7 ftw

i'll prob wait a few months till the pdf problem is fixed, since all my hw is pdf form
|
I have version 3.0 No problems
.....just because it's new, doesn't mean it's better !! |
When I installed it on my desktop over FF2 it crashed a lot when I opened it to begin with. I did a complete clean uninstall and it has worked flawlessly since.

Everything he hears he absorbs and adopts it |
Back-up your bookmarks, delete your Firefox profile, and then reinstall FF3. NIGERIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
