I was playing mohaa and i was a bit tired of the keyboard so i put my PC controle pad and did the settings(2 aixs 4 button) and i srarted the game but then ther was no setting in the game to play with hte controler. why??!?!

because FPS games were not designed to be played with controllers, or even joysticks.. although i hear that mohaa supports joysticks
