I had probably a silly idea but how's this: Having seen the "movie" preview over on GameSpot, I could imagine a trailer for the MOH:AA sim being played in movie theaters around the country starting, say a month or so before the game's release. How 'bout in front of Jurassic Park III? lol. I think it's that impressive. Just have a disclaimer in front stating that MOH:AA is inspired (of course) by "Saving Private Ryan."
This title should make more than enough money to pay for a summer trailer like this. Think about it. Dave T P4 owner, not Mac :-) |
Wow I agree with the idea!

Jeah good idea !!
It will be the first time a PC game is published by a theater trailer I guess !! Am I right ??? hmm I don't know at all !! But I need the promise by 2015 that they deliver the trailer in european theaters too! |
This is something I've been hoping for myself ;)p.
Alas, it wouldn't be the first. I remember going to see Startrek: Generations in the theaters and watching some of the CGI stuff from Final Fantasy 7 up on the big-screen. I believe there's been some other games that have had their trailers in the movies as well, but I can't remember specifically which ones :(. ------------------ ----------------------- Latuh fuh U, Benson benson@2015.com "We don't introduce or cause bugs in the game, we merely find and bring to light the inadequacies within the code." -regarding level designers |
Oh sure
I remember the Command & Conquer Trailer in our Cinemas (Germany) - it was so impressive on the big screen that everyone who has seen it would immediately buy the game!!! It was so amazing that I still remember today ... I can only hope for you that you 'll be able to advertise in that way ... it is the best advertisement you can desire |
But what's about europe !!
Will it come out on those cinemas too ?? I hope so !! Especially Germany ! Especially in my hometown !! http://www.pcgamers.net/ubb/smile.gif |
