Help! How to use rcon
 

I have been renting a dedicated server from http://www.ilangame.com for two months and I know the basic controls. I know how to change the map, kick players etc. etc. . But I do not know how to do the following:


Save spots for clan members via a password
Have the server passworded for clan matches
Be able to put mods on the server
Be able to change the rcon password ( I have freeloaders in clan lol )

When I called ilangame.com they told me about the cfg files thing or something like that, but when I asked them to explain it to me they did a poor job.

So basically what I am requesting is that somebody tell me of a website that explains this or some one on one help. I am sure there are lots of people out there who would benefit from this help also.
