models just standing there
 

hey why are there models (of people) just standing there sometimes when we start a new map on a server? Like i go up to them and shoot them but they are locked in a pose. Is there a way to prevent that cuz it's very unrealistic and I waste ammo shooting at someone who isn't there! thanks for the help! :D

Hey, usually when someone looks to be frozen like that, chances are your models didnt load correctly. Someone is invisible running around the map. Try a vid_restart, or reconnect entirely. IF you can kill them, it probably means there just pinged out.

Its a graphics glitch. Restart the game and it goes away, or open the console and type:

vid_restart

yea.....happens to me sometimes, sucks cause i get my hopes up :o and then i get blasted by someone from the side and i feel stupid.....lol :P just do what they did and you'll be cool

maybe if we ask EA nicely they will sell us a fix :roll: but yeah sometimes they just dropped and the server hasn't kicked them yet, Judas pistol whipped one last night, was quite comical.
