Skin help please!
 

I'm probably gonna get flamed but i can't figure out why it doesn't work so i'm asking for help.

I modified an existing skin everything works except the sleeves....
I've tried to change the fps.tik to a line in the shader script.
tried a seperate folder for the tga and a seperate shader.
tried a bunch of different combos....nothing works.
I still see the default ranger sleeves in MP.

HELP!

stupid answer but did you try using force models

you won't see custom skins in MP unless you do.

Or unless the server has your skin as well.
