RCON Troubles
 

Having a problem with the 'say' command in the console. Whenever i type "rcon say words" it says "Unknown command "say"".

I addressed the issue in a previous post but nobody replied. :cry:

If anybody knows how to fix this or to talk as the 'console', please let me know by PMing me or by this thread.

You have the correct "rcon say" command, so it may be the ol' MOHAA rcon bug acting up. Rebooting the server pc will fix any rcon problems. This is a known glitch in MOH:AA. The rcon stuff gets screwy sometimes.

Just to be shure - you are typing in your rconpassword first?

If you are not usinga game browser (like all seeing eye) that
lets you "embed" rcon in the software, you have to include
the rcon statement with every command

rcon rconpasswordhere say Hi Everyone "Broadcasts Hi Everyone"

rcon rconpasswordhere say Whats Up "Broadcasts Whats Up"

rcom rconpasswordhere map dm/mohdm1 "Switches to Southern France"
