Help About Setup Server

I need Your Help.. I'm From Chile.. and I have problem with a config of 2 servers.. 1 is TDM and the other is Objetive...

The Objetives Server: especify we need no respawn(like tactical Ops), friendly fire, max ping 400, 6 granades, mapcycle...

TDM: we need a timelimit, no frag limit...

and... the server.cfg i don't now how write in this file... :oops:
