Strange Admin Controls?

I sent this to Board of Developers but nobody usually posts there so I pasted it here too. The co-leader of my clan recently gave me the ability to log in to our main server as an admin in case one of the leaders wasn't there. I can log in fine and I can look at rcon status and everything, but when I change maps, I'm the only one who changes to the new map. What's even stranger is there is no way to choose teams or pick weapons. There's no spectator so I can run around the map like usual but there are no weapons, no score at the top right of the screen. My ping turns to 0 like the server rerouted to my computer. If I manage to crater, the scrren fades to black and goes to the failure/success screen that you see in the single player. I can disconnect and reconnect and the server is on the original map. What is going on?

LOL!!! When you change the map you are actually starting your own server on your own machine. And how would you be changing the maps?

I am changing the maps by going into console and typing "map dm/mohdm6" etc... The real question I have is why is it not acting like a mulitplayer server? Mind you it's not actually my dedicated server, I was just given the controls as an admin.

You must preface all commands with "rcon"

ex: rcon map dm/mohdm1
