hey! i need the help of a expert i think. when ive compiled my map and im walking thru it at a certain point this yellow or should i say illuminuse green line springs up from nowhere and then dissapears. now this happens in the same place but not everytime. does any1 know what it is?. i think it came about because at 1 point i had this brush which didnt shgow up in the editor but was in game.i managed to delete it by drawing a brush around the area where it was but im now left with this. plz if any1 could help id really appreciate and it would save my map from the bin.

When u see the effect try and see which brush it is comming from, it is caused by a bad brush, which will need re-doing. I had this problem myself

hey! i have checked where its coming from and it protuding from one of my stair banisters but after removing the bit of wood and replacing it its still there. do u think i might have to remove the whole rail?. thnx for ur replie

when i had the problem, I had to leave a gap, so the brush was not touching a certain part of another brush. It seamed no matter how many times i re made the brush it still happened. I think it will be just trial and error till you get it right.
Sorry i can't offer much more help, but thats all i know

I had that problem also. For me it was because I copied the railings and it didn't like those so I made seperate rails and I did not have the problem anymore!

I found that the brush the lines were coming from was too big, i chopped it up into smaller sections and the map plays fine now.
