HELP!!!!
 

Hey guys I need help with my game. Every time I try to join a game it dont matter if the game is full or empty, fast or slow I always get Server Timed Out. I have updated to version 1.11 and I have reinstalled it many time and updated it to again version 1.11 I dont know why I cant join a game considering before the new patch came out I was playing almost every day and had no problems what so ever. I dont know what to do. Any feedback will be most appretiated.

yes i do search for the lowest ping i am on a 756KB cable connection and i have a p41.8ghz computer i have no clue on what i am doing wrong.
