I think server endorsments from this site would be a nice touch.

You could keep a list of servers that are part of this anti cheat group, and the servers could display that they are part of AdminAlliance.com

Its about goddamn time there is at least SOME consequence for disrupting gameplay. I hope this idea catches on and there is a "WAll Of Shame!" for all the world to see.

im an server admin...i find the whole thing a waste of time,,,anyone who disrupts a game is usually proud of his own stupidy,,,so by putting there name on a list it only encourges others to see if they can make the list also,,stick with what works best,,quietly kick and ban them and soon they wont have were else to play except single player where they belong anyway...BUTCHER

maybe you should put a little acronym or something in the title of your server so the n00bs know you mean business...like [aa] or something of that nature.

Are you really that dumb or did you just not think before you posted?


The purpose is too pool our knowledge and share the IP ADDRESSES of the A-HOLES. A list of TKers isn't going to do any good. With a large organization with a web site and a weekly updated list of IP's we can put a signifigant dent in the ammount of TKers, Spammers, and general Pricks that come to our servers. That is the purpose of the Admin Alliance.

i understand perfectly,,,im not the noob you take me for,,,i run a server also like you...with my own personal self made mod maps i might add..im wonderin how many maps youve created on your own...anyway...ive been around since the game was introduced...i think the guys who disrupt thrive on the attention and dont care about the game at all...so by making them famous your just makeing them happy and engourging others to follow in there footsteps...creating more and more jackasses...thats only my opinion..TALK ABOUT JUMPIN ON A GUY FOR NOT AGREEING WITH AN IDEA!!! just because you like to add giant grapics and all the other stuff to your posts,,,making the page longer to display dont make you an authority on how it ougta be...BUTCHER

the few servers i play on are probably going to join AA so that makes me happy, who cares about the others that are doing there crap on the other servers. Its kinda like voting, the more that do it the better, but there are some that won't participate in this and there the once that aren't making a difference. Eventually if this gets big all the servers that don't have aa will just become a safe-haven for the gaming "outlaws". So i say this is a great idea.

just another thought...makin up mind about joining as a server admin...lets say...bob...with an ip of 12345..is disrupting your server...you ban him,,put him and his ip on the list...but 10 minutes later...he now becomes ed..with a new ip..hes right back in your game doin the same crap as before...SO PLEASE EXPLAIN THE POINT OF THIS WHOLE IDEA...MYBE YOUR RIGHT,,,IM MISSIN THE IDEA..SO ENLIGHTIN ME:BUTCHER

Butcher an IP most of the time can not be changed and the types of connections that change IPs everday can be banned because they only change a few numbers at the end of the ip and you can set it up so it bans them any way (I dont know the specifics in this)

I dont understand. I go into a server and I rack up a score of 67/4, and the stupid clannie refuses to believe im this good. So he decides to hand my IP address into adminalliance.com because he belives I cheat. He can lie and give any number of reasons to get me blacklisted. Someone shed some light on this.

Let me set the record straight

Currently AdminAlliance.com is in its infantcy. We are working
on methods to keep this from happening

Right now we are not just accepting anyone who sends
us IP addresses and says - This guy should be banned
Only a few select admins are able to submit banned IPs

AdminAlliance.com will not be a catch all for IPs
to be banned because someone is good

It is difficult to end up on this list
