Dedicated server help

Hey everyone,
ive been attemping to launch my own dedicated server for along time.I have a dedicated server launcher and autokick(the newest one out) and for some reason no one comes in... i think that there is a code or a phrase to put in to make your server available to the public? and i also need to know about Rcon. My autokick wont kick anyone because it says " no rcon password set on the server". Guys i know this kinda question irritates you but please help.. i would love it if you guys helped i need to know about Rcon and how to make my server available to the public..Thanks

Take a look in the Guides section at: [url:1bd51]http://www.alliedassault.com/community/guides[/url:1bd51]

Bull, Archangel and the guys have done a fabulous job of explaining how to set up, configure and run a dedicated server.

They've also put together a list of all the RCON commands and what they do.

Good Luck.

Bull's is by far the best. Here's another handy site:

Your reputation precedes you Dorkness

Sorry guy, I would help ya out but I just read a post from BallBuster about how youve been banned from his servers for impersonating so I would have to assume you are up to no good. Some persons just want rcon info so they can mess with someone elses server (not realizing they need the password!).
If you really want the info, like Killah said, its in the guides figure it out.

if you're running through a router then you have to enable DMZ hosting so that the public can see them. If you have a linksys router, it's extremly easy. Just e-mail me at daveriverfalls@attbi.com if you have a linksys and I'll walk ya through it.
