curious on map 6
 

i was playing free for all on map 6 and i went to spectator mode and say this guy looking straight at the fall seeing straight through the wall........how was he doing that

That's a wall hack - a cheat. Next time you see someone doing that hit F6 and type in the players name and what you saw - with any luck the server admin will be on and give that player the boot.

um, the wallhack is only visible on the player computer that has the wallhack. If you're in spectator mode and you don't have the wallhack installed, then you're not able to see him see through walls oOo: . K?

the guy might have been under the map or in one of the many map glitches... you can spectate that person and see exactly what they see without running any hacks. it could very well appear like he's looking through a wall if he's positioned right considering he's technically UNDER or IN it....

Joepemenke is correct, you will not be able to see any wall hacks or special skins in spectator mode.

You will however be able to see threw a wall if the spectator camera is in the wall because of the position of the player like jennyfur stated.

If the player is under the map you will be able to see up threw the map because there are no textures under the map
