Map making help needed

I need some help i downloaded the Tank Battle map and was wondering how i could make my map have drivable vehicals and sound that was a problem with the Tank Battle map is the HalfTrack Jeep or Trucks had no sound if you can help me plz respond thanks a peace bigzooka:
