Set up a local network, lol. You'd have to have a big pipe to do that.

Also, your sig is great! The sniper just keeps shooting that guy over and over and over. He doesn't die, he just keeps coming!

Anyays, if you have a LAN like Cable or DSL, you can forget your chances of this happening. You'll be lucky if you can host 10 people with a ping under 250. If you are that serious about hosting a server, you should look into paying for one monthly.
