i want to get a pic for my signature but i dont know how to get a web site and set it up. if someone can please help answer me.

oh ya urs doesn't work cause u need to copy the .jpg or .gif

you need to get the url to the .jpg or .gif file or it'll continue to be that little box

the url (or Uniform Resource Locator to give it it's proper name) is the web address or path to a page or file

http://www.alliedassault.com is a url

and if you want to have a picture you need to put it within image tags:

[ img]http://YourWebSpace.com/YourFile.gif[ /img]

but you still need the url to the image first.

and gone to the pic - the reason why it won't appear is because the link won't end in .jpg it's ending in some database number

you need to upload it to a specific location.
