Cherbourg SinglePLayer map, almost ready, but need help~!!

my new map, (worked on it very long) is now almost ready,but i need some help of you guys:

- how do you add SP objectives???
- how do you add enemy tanks (tigers) and let them work???
- how do you add MORE THAN ONE random explosion??? (i can only add one)

please help
