Crosshiar, Scope and skin design programs
 

hey this sounds stupid but where can i get programs so i can make my own crosshairs, scopes and player skins? thanks alot

hmmm, i have photostudio2000 could i use that? and also how do i convert the files into .pk3 format?

pk3 is just a zip file renamed as pk3.
grab someone elses skin/scope/mod so you can see the directory structure inside it that you need to use in yours.

Yeah just use wordpad (comes with some computers) or Notepad. I like notepad better cause it gives you a simpliar editor to work with.

i tried doing that but all the charcters are messed up...

WTF are you trying to do man?
if you open a PK3 or an image file in a text editor yeah it will be messed up.

TGA = Paint Shop Pro
ZIP = Winzip
PK3 = Winzip or Pakscape
TIK = Notepad
SHADER = Notepad

opk i bet i know the prob... im using XP and you dont need something likewinzip to see files in zipped folder... i dunno nevermind i guess

oki doki .. u need pakscape ignore that shit about winzip 2 much messing about..+ paint shop pro 7 or somet like..some ppl use photoshop but paint shop pro is better in my opinion..so
