i just got my paper today, and in the zellers ad, there selling ut2003 for $64.47.... now i know its not out yet but if i make a big stink about faulse advertisment do you think i could get it for free when it does come out.

are you sure they are selling it or not just advertising for when it does come out. Eb catalogs are full of them even though alot of the time they just say "coming soon" for like hitman2.

But if they are saying they are selling it just go down there and point it out. If you see they havent posted any corrections on their doors then you can bitch lol.

it says there selling it along with mafia and some other game and it says new on top of all the games

Np, those are pre-order prices. I've seen the same for BF1942. it's not nessessarily false advertising, as they just list the price, it dosen't say "Available" or "in stock". Even "Buy it now" isn't false adverstising; when you pre-order the game, you pay for it, but get it later.
