how can i check my fps
 
I almost see in every post fps this, fps that, but how can i check how high it is (or how low cry: )

Go into options/advanced, and make sure you have the console tab checked.

Then hit the button above tab, and type fps 1

to turn it off press ~ key and type fps 0

~ this key is to the left of the number 1.
