How the hell do you get those tight ass banners
 

I keep on seeing banners below peoples writing like rude dogs one and it shows that pict at the bottom and i see a hole bunch of others. How do you get those

Well, glad you know now. I just took a screenshot from a game I was playing in and added some text to it. I made one for {F}ZR|GEN.WhiteScorpion[SD-1] which is kind of funny...you'll have to see it. Hold on, I'll post it.

Ack! I need to resize it...ugh, it's huge. Not to mention 149kb...stupid GIF.

Pretty much all you need is a graphic of some sort and a good editor.
Photoshop for me but im sure the others work fine too
