how do i post a mod?
 

hey i would like to know how to post a mod that i have just made today cool: its my first mod so i just would like to know. could you also tell me how to make a cross hair?

the information for submitting mods is in a sticky post at the top of the topics list.

you can make a crosshair by editing and existing one. i would suggest downloading someone elses covering the entire thing in black and starting from there.

what program do i need to edit a cross hair?

a decent graphics editor.
i would suggest going to http://www.tucows.com and getting Paint Shoip Pro
