do you happen to have any updated video drivers that you didnt re-install? or maybe you need to re-input the max_fps-command-thinger.

Make shure you close every thing before u play. Even a virus scan. I have a new dell 1.8 gig p4 20 gig 7200 rpm hdd and 128 mb DDR RAM. not sure what the vid card is but its probly cheap. i get alot of lag if another program is runnin. Also try to get win XP or 98 cuz 2000 sux. No offense tho.

Did you reinstall any chipset drivers from your motherboard. I would also make sure you reinstalled the same drivers you where using b4. Sometimes newer drivers can cause problems.

Also try defragging your system.

good luck

As they said, update all the drivers you have for your BIOS, sound, video, and DirectX. Run Auto-configure in the MOHAA directory. See if that helps.
