How do you change the size of your SIG image, and how do you add text at the bottom like 3rd ID has on the bottom??? Please Respond

These kind of people freak me out. Like superdude asked Blade if he could join while he was on 10 Pep pills. That was a mistake he'll never forget....

Thats not all I post about, ive been in tons of discussions in other message boards. I just want to know how to change the image size and add text thats all. And I have filled out an application to 3rd ID already, just waiting for a response.
