how do I get into the device manager

ok I am having a brain fart. I need to get into my device manager so I can enable DMA (direct memory access). I am using windows ME (unfortunately). Somebody help me.

Its in the control PANEL, under SYSTEM. Device Manager is a tab, or button in that
