Players Frozen after new map joining In Multiplayer

Is there a console command to take care of the problem of seeing players frozen in place and not moving but firing weapons upon joining a new map. Any help would be appreciated.

ok found out the problem, not all skins will work...

ok found out the problem, not all skins will work with texture compression enabled. So shut it off and all skins will work fine.

I am having a problem with some weapon skins as far as seeing them ingame. Some skins work fine such as "fubar's skull springfield" and others such as his "come get some shottie" will not show at...
