weapon skins, how the fuck? and player skins? how the fuck?

ok, i opened up the pk3's with the game and yadda yadda, i found the models and so forth, i changed the skins of them, and the weapons, and i replaced them.....but they don't show up, whats going on...
Search took 0.00 seconds.
