Do any of the Blood and guts patcches work in single player?

I have downloaded Elites bloody 4 mod and it dosnt seem to work, i placed it in the Main directory.

i also tried the other one

Ceskins Blood and guts

Neither seem to work in single player....
Search took 0.00 seconds.
