Why don't all server admins use sv_pure???

I know lots of people use scope patches etc, but wouldn't it be a lot better for all server admins to use sv_pure ... thus stopping a lot of cheats?

Connection rate at 99999 and can't change it...

Hi, bit of a problem thats vexing me.....

I can set my connection rate to xDSL (25000) or cable (2000) or any other actually, but the game (SERVER) reads it as 99999.... this is annoying as some...
