Like I went onto a server where they had it super modded. Like it was all dark and there was lighting. And i didnt have to download anything to see it

Anyone know any cool halloween mods? Cause I already like have some skins and stuff. Also i wanted to know if you could edit server side stuff to like change the maps all to dark and have lighting...
