The effects arnt very good and I want to make4 a cool skin using WHite and b;ack camo but I odnt know how to get it on the skin

If anyone can show me how to like make a camo skin for a gun cause I dont know how to put Camo or a picture over the weapon to make a skin look good or modified can someone help me? cry:
