Gamespy and All Seeing Eye have nothing to do with pings. Pings depend on how close you are to a game server and your internet connection.

All Seeing Eye is better than Gamespy because it doesn't...

You do not need to use GameSpy to find servers. If you have upgraded to Version 1.1 you can just use the ingame browser in the Multiplayer section ingame.

Or you can download ASE(All Seeing Eye)...
