Have Problems with PlayerSkins plz help me.

Hey all,
i have problems with my first own PlayerSkin...
He have a flashing pants...
Some other Flashing shirt...
I try often do a new but all skin have some flashing ...

Can anybody help me?

I have do a Manon Skin with only a name on the shirt. I write all scripts and copy all the TGA and other fails in Pak0 and 2. Then i go test it but it was big giant with no heads. I dont know why......
