how would i go about making skins? also, with a bunch of map editing tools i downloaded, it gives me errors like can't find file so and so .OCX, i've had this problem with every FPS that i want to...

I was wondering why don't I see more Russian skins out there? i see so many axis and US and British, but i hardly ever see and Russian, and i happen to like playing as the russians on SH multiplayer,...
